We are looking for an employee for our Lombard Odier Investment Managers Unit in the Client Servicing Section of the Sales Department.Reporting directly to the Head of Client Servicing, you will be actively
involved in the centralized management of relationships with institutional clients and financial intermediaries primarily from Italy, in close collaboration with the sales forces on the ground.
Job description

Act as the privileged contact person, along with the client relationship manager (CRM), for all client requests (portfolio situation, performance, general information about different management skills, NAV, etc.)

Respond to calls for management tenders from institutional investors, financial intermediaries, and consultants

Keep our local consultants database up to date

Coordinate the reporting needs between the dedicated team, the CRM, and the client, and produce specific reports

Manage clients’ subscriptions to our publications in a centralized manner

Help to organize events aimed at institutional clients (roadshows, round tables, etc.)

Prepare documents presenting products in collaboration with the sales forces and product specialists
Requirements

Sound training in financial management. University degree required

Experience of at least 2-3 years in asset management (products, players, etc.)

Italian – perfect written and spoken skills

English – good written and spoken skills

Operational French is required

IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Readiness to travel (occasional short trips)

Sense of initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and meticulous approach

International experience would be an advantage
