Individual members either hold the CFA® designation or are active in the investment business and all agree to abide by the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.

The CFA Institute Board of Governors consists of 20 individuals who represent a cross-section of the CFA Institute membership.
